Zartan, Cobra's master of disguise. Pen, ink & paint marker. This was a piece done for Sketch Lottery. Zartan is disguising himself as Storm Shadow, before murdering the Hard Master. Looking at it now, it feels unfinished to me since I skimped on the background.
